Technical data and information
The mechanically reinforced PA6 Ultrasint® PA6 MF is a huge step towards additive-based serial production: Ultrasint® PA6 MF is the material of choice for any advanced technical application where mechanically reinforced thermoplastics are needed. Building on the chemical base of reinforced PA6 as a very popular engineering material for highly loaded parts, Ultrasint® PA6 MF boasts extremely high rigidity, media tightness and enhanced thermal distortion performance. In comparison with injection moulded PA6 GF 30 (fiber orientation), this mechanically reinforced PA6 shows an extremely high isotropic rigidity thanks to in-particle reinforcement technology. These properties combined make Ultrasint® PA6 MF the perfect choice when other Powder Bed Fusion materials show limitations.
