The SJ5730 is an integrated surface roughness and profile measuring instrument; it adopts ultra-high precision diffraction optical measuring system, ultra-high straightness grinding grade friction guide, high performance servo drive motor and high performance computer control system technology to achieve high precision measurement and analysis of the surface roughness and profile of the part. The computer uses an ultra-high precision calibration system to correct the sampled data by means of a correction algorithm to finally restore the part's contour information and display it as a curve graph. The software provides analysis tools to evaluate various roughness parameters and contour parameters for contours and micro contours.
